WARNING! "We told you so!" Motorcycle riding or racing is VERY dangerous. Injuries are common and do happen frequently. No protective equipment, clothing, or gear can prevent injuries from happening. These items are primarily designed for style, comfort, and to lessen the impact of flying debris and will provide only limited protection in a fall, crash, or impact with an object. Kevin's Cycle Inc. accepts no liability for injuries or damages incurred while riding or racing using these or any other products purchased from Kevin's Cycle Inc.

TRADE MARKS & REFERENCES Trade marks, logo's, company names and any other copy written information shown in this catalog or in our advertisements are for reference only and is in no way meant to imply affiliation with these companies by Kevin's Cycle Inc.

BACK ORDERS It is NOT our policy to automatically back order items that are not in stock at the time of your order. The customer must request to back order an item for shipment at a later date.

PRICES All prices are subject to change without notice. We try out best to keep prices as low as possible and to inform you of price changes upon taking your order. Prices do not include shipping charges.

NOTICE Much of the action depicted in this catalog is potentially dangerous. All of the riders seen in the photos are experienced professionals. Do not attempt to duplicate any stunts that are beyond your own capabilities.

RETURNS No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days from the date of purchase. Kevin's Cycle Inc. will NOT except merchandise for return or exchange that was purchased from a different company. No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange without a copy of the invoice or receipt NO EXCEPTIONS! Do not return merchandise before calling our customer service number, 508-285-4342, to receive a return authorization number. Return ed merchandise must be unused and in the original package. No "greasy" finger prints or damage. It is the customer's responsibility for return postage or shipping charges. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice with the authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package. There is a 20% restocking charge for merchandise returned for refund purposes.

ORDERING To expedite your order, please have all the information ready before placing your call. - The year of your bike - Make and model - Sizes for clothing items - First and second color choices.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES By accepting any merchandise shipped or purchased in-store, hereunder buyer understands and agrees that Kevin's Cycle Inc. makes no guarantees regarding  any merchandise sold by Kevin's Cycle Inc. either expressed or implied, including without limitation warranties as to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer agrees to look solely to the manufacturer for any remedy with respect to any of the manufacturer's warranties.

GIFT CERTIFICATES All gift certificates must be redeemed for their full face value on one purchase. There is no cash refunds on unused balance of gift certificates. You will be issued a store credit for the balance, if you can not use all of the gift certificate value on one purchase.

PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express). Sorry we no longer ship C.O.D.

SHIPPING All orders receive our immediate attention and are normally shipped the same day they are received via UPS or Fed-X Overnight or air shipping is available upon request. Extra shipping charges may apply. CLAIMS All orders are packed carefully. Shortages or mistakes must be reported to customer service, 508-285-4342, upon receipt of your order. The freight carrier has the responsibility for the goods from the time they leave our warehouse until they are delivered to you. Title of goods passes to the customer upon our delivery to the freight carrier. Multiple package shipments may become separated in transit, and arrive within a day or so.
